  • We currently ship only within India.
  • Delivery may not be possible in certain remote or non-serviceable areas (such as PIN codes not covered by our logistics partners). In such cases, we will inform you before processing the order.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Free shipping across India on all prepaid orders of ₹299 or more.
  • Standard Shipping: For orders below ₹299, a flat shipping fee of ₹59 (or additional charges based on weight/location) may apply.
  • Shipping charges depend on order value, weight, destination, and ongoing promotions. Exact charges will be displayed at checkout.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of damaged or incorrect products).

3. Order Processing & Delivery Time

  • Once the order is placed and payment is confirmed, we process and dispatch orders within 24-48 hours (on working days).
  • Estimated Delivery Time:
    • Metro cities: 3-5 business days.
    • Other cities/towns: 5-8 business days.
    • Remote areas: Up to 8-12 business days.
  • Delivery times depend on our logistics partners (e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart, etc.). Delays may occur during festivals, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, strikes).
  • You will receive a tracking number via email/SMS once the order is dispatched.

4. Order Tracking

  • After dispatch, you can track your order on our website or the courier partner’s website using the provided tracking number.

5. Important Notes

  • Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, PIN code, and mobile number at checkout to ensure smooth delivery. The customer will be responsible for any delays or returns due to incorrect address details.
  • We use third-party courier services for delivery and are not liable for delays caused by them.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may have additional restrictions or charges in certain areas.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.
